Warranty & Return Policy

Hey there, adventure enthusiasts! We know that you're always pushing the limits and taking your gear to the max, which is why we're stoked that you've chosen RUGD. products for your expeditions. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 12 Month Warranty on all of our products, starting from the date of purchase. We require a sales receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase to establish the start date of the warranty period.

We're confident in the durability of our gear, but if anything goes wrong during the warranty period due to defects in workmanship or material, we'll replace your RUGD. product free of charge. If a replacement is necessary, it assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. Please note that the warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

We do have a few exclusions to our warranty that we want you to be aware of. RUGD's warranty does not cover products that: -

    1. Have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in RUGD's current product literature.
    2. The warranty does not apply to any product that has been repaired by anyone other than an authorized repair facility, any product purchased through an online auction house, or the battery cell(s) unless the battery cell(s) become defective within six months of the start of the warranty period.

    We're also proud to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from our website. We're confident that you'll love your new RUGD. product but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days of your purchase. To return your product under the 30-day money-back guarantee policy, please make sure you purchased the product directly from our website, and that you begin the return process within 30 days from the original purchase date. You should note that: -

    1. The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with all materials and accessories included, undamaged / unmarked condition, and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA) provided by RUGD.
    2. If / When your Return has been approved, you MUST return the product(s) to us within 7 days or your claim may be invalid.

    We do have a few conditions for returns and refunds that we want you to know about. Please carefully read the conditions below. If the conditions are not met, RUGD. reserves the right to refuse the exchange, refund or return of your product(s). We do not permit the return of or offer refunds for: -

    1. Products that are custom configured or branded to your specifications.
    2. Products purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
    3. Products that are missing parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
