Disappointing

The second Rugd power bank I have purchased. While working its was perfect, it charged quickly and provided plenty of charge for my needs. The first stopped charging after about 18 months. The first light flashed but unit does not recharge. I assumed this was a one off or it got damaged. I have looked after the second one but the same thing has happened after a year. I have emailed customer services but am still awaiting a response.

It does work, but much bulkier and heavier than expected compared to other 10000mah battery packs. Obviously the lights add a bit, but it's not comfortable to put in your pocket anymore. The rubber seal on the ports also broke off within a week of purchasing but it does fit in the loop for storage so I haven't lost it yet.
These difficulties mean I don't use it as much as I used my old power bank before it stopped charging well.

Rugd by name rugd by nature

Solid, maybe indestructible piece of equipment. Charged my phone, GoPro and powered my MacBook on one charge. The light will illuminate up my tent fantastically and I can see this becoming a backpack standard. Hopefully my vans charging point will keep the rugd power bank topped by between destinations and it’ll keep me going. Brilliant colour snd a decent size.
